The fees are not necessarily less, it depends alot on the size of your investment portfolio.

It is not safe….for the inexperienced. However you can trade with free demo accounts to get the hang of it and there is quite a bit of free information available on the internet.

Glad to hear about the seven business courses that are required for PR students at KSU. I can see how marketing courses can be counted as biz courses, but to a financial business person (read: CEO, CFO, COO etc) they're communications courses. I think it would serve the students well to have to take one or more financial courses. Accounting for finance is one thing, taking action on finance and affecting it is another. Financially savvy PR's would forever end the hoo-ha of “getting a seat at the table”.

Here is what I am struggling with. Timing of the next major leg (not a correction but the resumption of the trend). And, whether it starts with small steps or a steep gap. If it is baby steps, then I think the risk/reward favors being late and one can relax about the timing, because all one has to do is wait and join after the first 3% is lopped off. If it gaps lower, then one would rather position ahead and suffer for a few days/weeks…and am not looking forward to it. The thing with stops is..if one gets stopped out, then one is not supposed to put the same positoin on..so, what is the next entry point? And how many times to keep suffering damage by a thousand small cuts?

China seems to have set the ball rolling, but may make another attempt to go higher before dropping. The credit indicators you mentioned are widening, but gently and are sill benign. If there starts to be a big negative divergence then we would know the timing gets closer and there is a catalyst. Other than that, there could be some unexpected catalysts. Just dont see anything other than China that can trigger the next move…unless at some point, people start looking for the exit at the same time and the machines all switch direction.

I think the first move may be a gap lower; and that makes the timing crucial and I am struggling with it. Looking at some of the early years…looks like every deep drop was followed by a steep rally. Similar in percentage terms, so perhaps wait for the first bounce after the first drop and join in then? Dont know

What happened was that the “Agency Model” got to the Kindle store. Blame Apple for initiating Agency pricing in the first place (since they wanted iBooks to be competitive). Basically, what happened is that the Top 5 publishers (except RandomHouse I think) forced bookstores (like Amazon, etc) to agree that all eBook pricing will be decided by the publishers instead of each single bookstore deciding on its own (takes away the competition). That's when prices became unreasonable. Amazon just acts like an affiliate for the eBooks that fall under the Agency deal.

My first feelings are that the children Marketed this way are generally considered the Most Difficult Placements–meaning they may never be adopted unless they are made known to as many people as possible.

My next feeling is that Too Many people make a decision to Adopt a Waiting, Older, Special Needs, or Sibling group Based On Emotion and the vast majority who consider it do not end up completing the Process. And, these kinds of marketing ideas tend to stir-up emotion causing too many people to Seek Out information, and use valuable resources before they conclude they are not right for this dedication.

The bottom line however is–that Any Child in Foster Care seen on these shows, or listed on the Internet IS a Child that is Legally Free for Adoption and currently sitting in a home or treatment center as a Ward of the State without any legal parent responsible to give a care about them…

So, as offended as I often may be about the completely UNREAL disclosure of details with the bubbles and delightful interviews of children without Anyone who can or will care enough to take on the responsibility as the Best Advocate for their Needs–I close my eyes and just Pray the children I see find the security every child deserves to grow up with….

…until there are NO MORE Waiting Children how will Anyone ever hear their Vioce?

Follow me now. Suppose I pick some stock that was largely forgotten or ignored and meanwhile prepared a mailing list. Now I buy a bunch of that stock, causing the price to rise. Next I send out a big bunch of emails, "Check out XYZ! Its going to fly!" I then dribble out my stock on small sale orders to fill the demand that I just generated from people who got my note and see the stock rising. Buying it cheap, selling it when a crowd gathers to buy, how easy is that?

That was the concept. Now suppose I figure a program that I engineer to look for certain characteristics that may indicate a rise in anything, but options and foreign exchange (ForEx) futures can be tremendously profitable for just a little of money put into play so I design it around those markets. Next, knowing the program, I put in flags and a fudge factor that delays the buy and sell signal for the buyer of the program. I keep the real program, and sell the time-release program to subscribers. The subscribers pay me, whether it works or now, so the program itself becomes a profit center. Then, with my own program giving me buy and sell signals in advance of several dozen, hundred, or thousand subscribers, I can buy before they buy, and sell before they sell. Leading the herd, the subscribers will generate enough traffic to sustain my purchase (especially after I may affect and upward motion by buying a bunch ahead of the crowd, which confirms to them that the program is working) and then when the program gives me the un-delayed sell signal, I sell (which affects the price downward) just before my delayed program generates a sell order for the subscribers. They all look and see the price start to fall when the program says sell. Now they have two confirmation points, the "robot" picked an entry and picked an exit. Their problem then becomes "How do I get the news and make the reacting trade fast enough so that I get out before the others who are also getting out (because their programs are telling them the same thing). So everyone is watching their program or emails or however you engineer the subscription service on pins and needles awaiting the signal so they can all the swifter catch the call early enough so as to not lose when it starts falling.

Consider this when you use the program. If the volume is low, then spikes just before your "robot" gives you a signal, then you might imagine how your sponsor service knew in advance of the signal you shortly afterwards received. The more subscribers, the bigger the wave.
